Shipping Policy

Vylume sells made-to-order diamond painting kits, including custom photo kits and original artwork kits. Production starts after the order details, selected drill style, canvas size, and uploaded image are received.

Order processing

For custom photo diamond painting, production can begin only after we receive a clear original image. If the image is too dark, blurry, cropped, or low resolution, we may need more information before production.

Production time

Each kit is prepared according to your selected style and size. Custom artwork conversion, canvas printing, drill packing, and quality checks take time. Holiday seasons and high-volume periods may add extra processing time.

Shipping time

Shipping time varies by destination and carrier. Tracking information will be provided when available. Carrier delays, customs checks, weather, and local delivery conditions may affect the final delivery date.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We cannot guarantee address changes after production or fulfillment begins.
