We want you to feel confident before ordering from Vylume. Please read this policy carefully because custom diamond painting kits are made from your personal image and selected specifications.

Custom products

The Custom Photo Diamond Painting - AB & Fairy Dust Drills is made to order. Once artwork conversion, canvas preparation, or production has started, the order may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or refund unless there is a qualifying issue.

Photo quality responsibility

The finished result depends heavily on the original image you provide. Bright, clear, high-resolution images work best. Dark, blurry, low-resolution, crowded, or heavily filtered images may lose detail when converted into diamond art.

Damaged or missing items

If your kit arrives damaged or missing components, contact us with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and help with a reasonable solution.
