Do I have to upload a photo before checkout?

Yes. For the custom photo diamond painting product, the image upload is required before the item can be added to cart. This protects your order and helps our production team match the correct image to the correct size and drill style.

Which image formats can I upload?

You can upload common mobile and desktop image formats including JPG, JPEG, JFIF, PNG, WebP, HEIC and HEIF. For best results, use the original file rather than a compressed social media screenshot.

What photo works best?

Sharp, bright, high-resolution photos work best. Faces, pets, wedding photos and detailed scenes should usually be ordered at 45cm or larger so the finished diamond painting keeps more detail.

Can you automatically choose a size for my image?

The product page reads the uploaded image ratio and recommends a matching canvas size. You can still change the size manually if you prefer a larger finished artwork.
